실험 목적 This practical allows to study the electrical and optical characteristics of a laser diode.
The study of the temperature effects on various phenomena are possible thanks to a specially developed controller.
Studies of electrical properties : Calibration of the internal photodiode / Voltage across the laser diode / Optical power versus current of the laser diode.
Studies of optical properties : Measurement of the beam divergence / Study the wavelength and the polarization rate of the laser diode.
